We offer vacuum hoses made of strong and flexible polyethylene materials. Most people only know polyethylene as a simple plastic, but it can be quite strong and tough if necessary. Although polyethylene is light and elastic, it does not sacrifice anything in terms of durability. This vacuum tube material has excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals and abrasives and is perfect for collecting any waste and debris without damaging itself. Due to the polyethylene material, these vacuum hoses are durable and flexible, allowing the hose to reach the most difficult places.
Our vacuum tubes and flexible hoses are also available in small or large diameter sizes, allowing OEMs to use the hoses that best match the capabilities of their machinery. We offer vacuum hoses from 1/2″ ID to 4″ diameter. Additionally, our polyethylene hoses are often offered in a variety of lengths and are typically priced “per foot.”

PVC hoses – vacuum cleaner hose
We offer crush resistant hoses that exhibit excellent bending characteristics. Flex hoses have a smooth interior that ensures efficient airflow and limits clogging. Most sizes of our flex vacuum hoses can handle full vacuum. Since certain vacuums can create positive and negative pressures (“blowing” vs. “sucking”), it is important that the fan ducts and vacuum cleaner hose can handle both types of forces. In particular, PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) channels are another example of a material that is valuable for its use in vacuum cleaner hoses.

PVC flex ducts are of particular value because, in general, flex ducts made of PVC have smaller diameters and are more maneuverable. Smaller diameters can be beneficial for vacuum hoses, as it is generally easier to facilitate consistent, strong air movement and transfer through smaller ducts rather than larger ducts. In addition, PVC collector ducts are more valuable because the vinyl-coated spring wire spiral of PVC ducts gives them a high degree of durability and strength without sacrificing flexibility. In addition, PVC can sometimes withstand temperatures up to 160 degrees Fahrenheit, meaning it can perform well in a variety of heat or cold sensitive areas. We offer several hose heads to meet different applications. Welded cuffs with vacuum attachment provide strength and stability, giving flexible conduit a more permanent and rigid hose end. However, if you need vacuum hoses that require mobility, screw cuffs are a great choice. For an economical efficient choice, screw cuffs allow you to detach the vacuum tube and make it interchangeable with different hoses. As a final note, consider using lengths of vacuum tubing equipped with inherent “anti-twist” properties.
